We are now in our 14th year of business and have had the opportunity to use many types of equipment in our business over the years. We recently purchased our second BLUEline ThermalWave after being overly satisfied with the first Thermal wave we purchased in 2003. These machines are superb from top to bottom. They exceeded all my expectations by miles! High heat, unbelievable vacuum, engineered to be maintained by the owner easily and virtually built to last for 10,000 hours of use without a doubt!! Can't wait for my older (unnamed) truckmount to wear out so I can buy another BLUEline. Why would anyone even consider buying any other machine if they are the least bit serious about being successful in the carpet cleaning business?

After previously owning 2 Steamway Powermatic’s and 2 Prochem Performer Catalytic units, you made a machine that outperforms both manufacturers in heat, vacuum and ease of operation and put in a simple, user-friendly package.
The performance of this machine is hotter and more consistent than the 240,000 BTU kerosene burner of my Powermatic (and without the smell of kerosene) and puts my Performer 405 vacuum to shame.

The machine is very user friendly and easy to operate. No more worrying about diverter valves, solenoids, and orifices. Now I don’t have to hire a gear head to run my machine.

I was a Hydramaster owner for 12 years. My Crossfire 4.2 machine was giving me fits. I called a local distributor and he showed me the ThermalWave® and I was out the door in three hours. I have an account with a 1200 unit apartment complex and this machine is great because it cleans better with less work. I also do a significant amount of flood restoration work with this machine.
