BLUEline Equipment LLC was established in 2001 with the goal of providing outstanding parts and technical support to the carpet cleaning industry.  In 2002, the ThermalWave® 5M was introduced and its power and reliability transformed the marketplace.

In 2003, the Water Pond , a combination water tank and electric hose reel, was introduced. The compact size allows the tank to slide into vehicles in one piece—no disassembly required. In 2003, the BLUEline CHAMP®  was introduced and in 2004 the BlueWave® were unveiled. In 2005, the Super Extraction System was introduced and in 2006, the ThermalWave® II took the original design to another level.

Late in 2005, BLUEline Equipment Co. moved into a new purpose-built manufacturing plant that streamlines the manufacturing operation, so that the entire process flows more efficiently. The new facility will allow us to keep up with the increasing demand for our new truckmounts and expanding product line. 

In 2006, BLUEline Equipment Co. was named one of the fastest growing companies by Entrepreneur Magazine.

In 2007, BLUEline Equipment Co. introduced the improved ThermalWave II with a GM Vortec 61 hp engine and a new truckmount called COBALT!
